The emergency E-Board meeting yesterday at Local 13 seems to have been about going after one of their Business Agents for payroll fraud, for being on more than 1 payroll at the same time.
It appears Business Agent, Angelo Andrikos aka “The Greek”, is being accused of being on more that one payroll at the same time.
Local 13 President, Bobby O Jr., could not act on his own, so he called in the lawyers, at $225/hr, and the E-Board, and they all decided to convene a Trial Committee to deal with Angelo.
Funny thing, because Danny Imbagliazzo has been doing the same thing for years, and the Union Officials do not have any problem with him being on more that 1 payroll at the same time.
According to Arbitration Award SC-10-97, Danny Imbagliazzo was found to be on more that 1 payroll at the same time in violation on the PCLCD and banned from steady employment for the rest of his career, but Local 13 never implemented the decision and steady man Danny Bags continues to be on more that 1 payroll at the same time with impunity. How does that work?
Looks like “The Greek” has fallen from favor, and the corrupt Local 13 Officials are out to get him now.
