Bobby O Jr.’s fraud charge – Part 2 – The Glass House Principle.

Bobby Olvera Jr., ILWU Local 13 President, read his Trial Committee charge against “The Greek” last Thursday at the August membership meeting, in front of his new best friend, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, who was at the meeting to thank Local 13 for their $250,000 donation (and for the votes), and to receive his free ILWU Local 13 jacket.

Bobby’s grievance charges “The Greek” with being on 2 payrolls at the same time, and with using his Business Agent position to strong arm employers to put him in for bump pay related to in lieu of payments.

It seems that Bobby O and his crew are trying to rig the Trial Committee, like they did in Eric’s case against Mondo, in an attempt to have “The Greek” disqualified from running in the up coming September 2014 Local 13 election.

It also seems that Bobby O underestimated “The Greek’s” reaction to the charges.

“The Greek” responded by providing a picture of “Scary Jerry” and Mayor Garcetti, and a picture of his pay check stub: then explained that, on May 28, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, hosted a luncheon at City Hall to thank Bobby O Jr. for the $250,000 donation from ILWU Local 13 and to celebrate their successful elections.

Mayor Garcetti invited the entire Executive Board to the luncheon, along with other selected Local 13 Officials including “The Greek’ and “Scary Jerry”, and  Bobby invited his mother.

At some point during the luncheon, Bobby decided to show off his big union boss status and offered to put “The Greek” and “Scary Jerry” on the payroll for taking care of his mother, and I suspect to impress his new friend Mayor Garcetti.

Bobby O Jr., used his position as Local 13 President and called company 740, Pasha steel dock, and strong armed them into putting both “The Greek” and “Scary Jerry” on the payroll, for ghost lashing jobs, bypassing the Dispatch Hall, in complete violation of the dispatch rules.

Bobby O Jr., knows the Dispatch Rules.  In 2003 Bobby was demoted from Chief Dispatcher, then removed from his regular Dispatcher position all together, for inappropriate behavior, but he knows the rules.

Bobby O Jr. is now about to find out what happens to the President of a longshore Union Local, that uses his position to strong arm an employer to put friends on the payroll, for ghost lashing jobs, bypassing the Dispatch Hall, in complete violation of the dispatch rules. Can you spell RICO violation?

People who live in glass houses should not throw rocks, Bobby.
