The buzz on the waterfront today is that Jerry Avila, Local 13 Health Benefits Officer, gave his wife’s ID to his girlfriend and used his contacts in the Medical community to get her a boob job and tummy tuck.
Apparently his wife found out and turned him in for medical fraud, on her way out the door.
